Tools and Methods
The comprehensively equipped workshop includes:
- A Magnahelic gauge for leak detection on flutes, clarinets, oboes and bassoons. This incredibly sensitive instrument will pinpoint any elusive leak quickly.
- For saxophones, a Cat Systems leak light - to check seating of pads.
- Charles also uses a Myford lathe for reconstruction of broken tenons etc.
